Baby Steps

OK, so I haven't been as good as I have wanted to be with this whole work-out, eating better deal.  I have admitted my weakness for yummy, but bad for you foods.  Since today I have not eaten anything unhealthy (not intentionally, it just worked out that way) and since today is also yoga day, I have decided to start making MORE of an effort to better myself.  I WILL NOT EAT BAD FOODS TODAY!  I will make it to yoga after work and I am sure I will feel better about myself as a result.  Yay, me!!
